  1. Please fill out the form on our Contact Us page. All requests will be answered within 1-2 business days.
  2. Buyer will incur returned shipping charges if Kunvirt Firearms Inc is not responsible for issue at hand, i.e. incorrect address entered, wrong items ordered by buyer, etc.
  3. Once return shipment is received, at the buyer’s request, we will issue replacements, exchanges, refunds or store credit. 

Received the wrong shipment?

  • We have a less than 1% error rate. If this does happen, please fill out the form below and we will send your correct items. We will email a prepaid shipping label, within 1-2 business days, to return the incorrect items. Items not returned will be charged to the customer.
